ceramics festival / a view of Icheon, our new home
We went to a ceramics festival here in Icheon on the weekend. It was a lot of fun. There were so many good artists displaying and selling their work. Juli and I ended up buying a couple of tea mugs for brewing single cups of loose leaf tea. They are beautiful. We went with our friend Andre and our roommate Sophie. It was a blast.
Some cool stuff found at the festival, including chopped wood made into a perfect cylinder and a really creepy family made out of ceramics. Sophie and Andre came to the park with us! good times. Cell phone charms bought at the festival... very Korean. Views of Icheon from the park near our home. The cherry blossoms open and looking amazing! A sculpture at the park.
Tanner, great pictures! Your hair looks different. I think you need to give us a close up. And I want to know what you used for your video to control the focus points/depth of field etc.
We have been married since July 29th, 2006 (i only remember because it is tattooed on my wrist). We started this blog to inform everyone about our adventures in South Korea. We will be teaching at a school called EDUK in Icheon. We are excited and nervous, but ready for an adventure! we hope to keep you all updated, and post some photos/videos along the way. Please follow this page if you want to keep updated, as mass emails are kind of annoying. For more photos, check out Tanner's other blog at www.tannerevans.blogspot.com
